Recent topics have included disability rights, working with contractors, trying juveniles as adults, and special education law.
Mark handles a large number of personal injury cases and is experienced and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of personal injury claims. Mark views a personal injury attorneys role as a service job and takes pride in the fact that he helps his clients after they are injured, which is often a difficult and stressful time for his clients.
Mark also has a unique understanding of the nexus between education and the law due to his experience teaching and working with students with disabilities. In 2011, he drafted a document for a large Ohio School District that the district could use to identify potential legal issues regarding special education services. Since that time he has worked with families of children with disabilities to make sure that their child receives the services to which they are entitled under the law.
